White House Releases Results of President Trump’s Most Recent Physical and There’s a Notable Change from the Last One

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump completed his third physical at Walter Reed Medical Center since taking office in January 2025. The good news is that Trump has received high marks from Captain Sean P. Barbabella, who examined him. “President Trump remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function,” Barbabella wrote. Highlights from the physical included Trump achieving a perfect score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test, showing his mind remains quite sharp. There was also an improvement from a slight lower leg swelling that was discovered last year. “His demanding daily schedule, including multiple high-level meetings, public engagements, and regular physical activity, continues to support his overall well-being. Cognitive and physical performance are excellent,” he added. Moreover, Barbabella said the president is “fully fit” to carry out his duties as commander-in-chief. Back then, Trump weighed 221 lbs. Now, he weighs 238 lbs. The report, however, does not recommend any major changes. “Preventive counseling was provided, including guidance on diet, recommendation to take a low-dose aspirin, increased physical activity, and continued weight loss,” it reads.
