Speaker apologises to Commissioner of Police as Government backs top cop
SPEAKER of Parliament Job Pomat has apologised to Police Commissioner David Manning after rape allegations dating back more than two decades were raised on the floor of Parliament, prompting the Government to mount a strong defence of the country's top police officer.
