Inchcape launches Imperial Motors joint venture in Brunei
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – Inchcape on Wednesday announced the incorporation of Imperial Motors Sdn Bhd, a new joint venture in Brunei Darussalam. In a statement, the company said the joint venture reflects its long-term commitment to the market and its strategy to build a diversified and scalable distribution network across the Asia Pacific. Imperial Motors has been established to enhance Inchcape Brunei’s existing operations and enable future distribution opportunities in Brunei, further strengthening its presence and capabilities in the local automotive sector. Imperial Motors joins Inchcape Brunei’s existing businesses, including NBT Brunei, Bravo Auto, and Inchcape Services. Together, these entities will provide a comprehensive and integrated automotive ecosystem in the market.
